If you suffer from any of the following symptoms before or during your stay, please alert a member of our staff or notify the hostel reception.

Coronavirus symptoms

  • a cough

  • a high temperature

  • shortness of breath

We advise that you read up on the local safety travel advice from W.H.O for further information on how to travel safely and prevent the spread of the virus.

Cancellation policy

You must give at least 72 hours notice if you want to cancel a booking (a three week notice of cancellation is required on all bookings for Amsterdam). If you make a cancellation less than 72 hours before you are due to arrive, you will still be charged for the first night of your stay.

If you booked through a travel agency

Online travel agencies such as Hostelworld and booking.com operate their cancellation policies. Please consult their websites for the most up to date information

Can I claim from my third party travel insurance if I choose not to come to a hostel?

You will need to contact your travel insurance provider to discuss this. St Christopher’s can’t advise on insurance provided by another company.
