The Filmmuseum is ideally located in the middle of the Vondelpark (nice!) It holds a massive stock of film that is absolutely exclusive!

Films in the Filmmuseum collection are unique simply because all the other copies in the world somehow died. Most of those are silent films dating from between 1895-1930.

The museum arranges viewings with live piano (in the old days their used to be a whole orchestra but they couldn't fit it into the museum). There's enough films from other periods in film history to be viewed as well!

Directions:	Take tram 1,2 or 5 and stop at Leidseplein, cross Max Eeuweplein and go into the Vondelpark . After 5 mins the Filmmuseum is on your right hand side
