Where do I get picked up?
You will be picked up at the designated spots, make sure you are there 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Depending on traffic the driver may be a few minutes late.
The pick-up points are:
Beach Hostel: At the front door of the hostel.
Downtown: From the front door turn left, then the first alley to the left. At the end of the alley, left again.
The shuttle stops in the parking zone in front of the Avenue Hotel, Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 27
Uptown: At the front door of the hostel.

The driver is not responsible for NO SHOWS, cannot wait at the pick up spots and will not go into the hostels or reception area. Because of the traffic and other external influences we cannot guarantee the running of the shuttle or strict timetables, but we try to give our customers the best service they deserve.
