If you’re feeling especially hungry in the daytime there is no need to worry… we’ll happily conjure you a delicious Noordwijk style cheese toastie from behind the Beach Hostel surf bar. We also serve hot tea and filtered coffee and stock a wide selection of chocolate and Dutch stroopwaffels; ideal for anyone suffering from a chronic case of the munchies!  

For the amateur chefs amongst you there is a large Vomar supermarket situated within 200 metres of The Flying Pig Beach Hostel. The Vomar supermarket stocks a wide selection of fresh fish, meat, and vegetables – so gather together all your essential ingredients and set about cooking up a culinary masterpiece inside the fully equipped Beach Hostel kitchen!  

Of course, if cooking isn't your thing, you can always complement your stay at The Flying Pig Beach Hostel with a serious belly busting session inside any of the reasonably priced Noordwijk restaurants!  

If you’re feeling thirsty after an exhausting day kite surfing or mountain biking then why not pull up a pew at The Flying Pig Beach Hostel surf bar and choose from the ample range of soft and alcoholic drinks that are served throughout the day. And don’t forget Happy Hour at the Beach Hostel surf bar, which runs from 8pm to 9pm every night of the week - a pint of beer costs €2.50, while a glass of wine vends for just a €1!
