Flying Pig Beach Hostel @ Kitebeach Noordwijk

As you all know the Flying Pig Beach hostel is only a footstep away from Noordwijk Beach. You might not know, the Dutch costal town Noordwijk is the kiteboarding epicenter of Europe and maybe even worldwide! The best kiteboarders of the world are residents of Noordwijk, they train and ride at Noordwijk’s coast and can often be found in the Flying Pig Beach hostel bar. Noordwijk has amazing beaches, a big kitesurf and surf scene with one of the best kitesurf schools of the country; all of that just around the corner of the Flying Pig Beach hostel. One of the locals is Ruben Lenten, viceworld champion of this year. Ruben is a regular visitor of the Beach hostel bar, often playing snooker and drinking beer with backpackers! So next time you are visiting, you might just have a chat with the rider that has beaten Robby Naish in a spectacular King of the Air competition in Hawaii.
